AMPC engaged the CQUniversity Australia to conduct a range of focus groups and interviews, surveys, and school incursions to better understand primary and secondary school teacher, student and parent perceptions,knowledge and awareness of the red meat processing sector and associated career pathways.

The findings will be used to develop an evidence-based program of activities to attract the next generation workforce who are talented, diverse, and dedicated to the red meat processing sector.
