Processing Young Food Innovator trainee

AMPC supported an Australian red meat processing plant to take part in the Processing Young Food Innovator trainee program. This program supported two students through an induction and learning program over 13 weeks where the young innovators were exposed to all areas of agribusiness and processing. 

The key aim of the program is to attract, develop and retain young people with value chain thinking to the agrifood industry.
