This suite of 10 videos introduces the essential topics processing staff need to understand, from animal welfare to food handling and personal safety.

The videos are introductory in nature and each is about 5 to 10 minutes long. These videos are designed for use as a training resource for new and existing staff and can be viewed in any order.
