Registrations are now open for the AMPC Innovation Showcase 2025.
The two-day event will be held on Wednesday 10 September and Thursday 11 September at the Brisbane Convention Centre. It is designed for Australian red meat processors, industry representatives, and supply chain participants seeking innovative ideas, networking opportunities, and world-class technologies.
Building on the success of the inaugural event in 2022, the showcase will continue to explore the theme The future of red meat processing, emphasising the importance of adopting innovative solutions to strengthen and sustain the industry.
Keynote speakers Niels Duedahl, CEO of Danish Crown, and Jamila Gordon, CEO of Lumachain (Major partner), will share insights on transforming industries through innovation and the use of AI in food supply chains.
The first day will feature a selection of industry workshops and a Showcase Journey Session in the innovation demonstration area, hosted by master of ceremonies Adam Spencer. The day will conclude with The Impetus Animal Welfare Welcome Function, providing attendees with ample networking opportunities alongside like-minded industry professionals.
Day two will provide attendees with the opportunity to learn from industry leaders through a carefully curated lineup of insightful presentations and panel discussions featuring industry experts and leading research and development providers. After the official program concludes, attendees are invited to join The Multivac Industry Dinner.
Throughout the event, attendees will also have the chance to engage with AMPC research and development providers in the demonstration area and explore the latest innovations shaping the future of the Australian red meat processing industry.
AMPC Interim CEO Edwina Toohey said, “The AMPC Innovation Showcase 2025 will be thought-provoking and future-focused while addressing what processors can do to optimise their businesses.
“The technology, innovation, and research projects on display won’t be able to solve every challenge processors are facing, but we’re supporting processors to innovate today for better outcomes tomorrow.”
There is a high-level schedule of events available on the AMPC website.
In the coming weeks, further details about the program will be released.
Individuals and groups can register to attend the event via the AMPC website tickets page.
