AMPC, MLA, Scott Technology and JBS are jointly working on a beef fabrication (boning) automation program. As a component of that program of work, this project looked at past activities including past understanding, identifying processes from start to finish, identifying constraints, creating the design, evaluating the approach and defining the approach and return on investment for the next five modules.
