IFFA 2022 Innovation Tour

Once every three years the IFFA Conference- The World’s Leading Trade Fair – Technology for Meat and Alternative Proteins, occurs.

IFFA covers the entire market for processing, packaging, and selling of meat and alternative proteins. It is the most important red meat processing global event and is a prime opportunity for AMPC’s processors to evaluate R&D adoption and development opportunities for Australian processing. 

34 processors from across Australia attended the event and took part in a one-day AMPC innovation meeting as part of the AMPC IFFA 2022 Innovation Tour. 

In addition to the IFFA program, the processors also visited a number of European based providers and meat processing facilities.
