Automated robotic AI chilled 4-cut beef scribing system

This project will deliver a new automated beef scribing system at a red meat processing plant in Queensland. The RoboScribe system will allow the plant to automate the cutting of two spine scribe, and two rib scribes placed on the carcase before entering the boning room.
