This project supported the delivery of the national meat processing engineering network from 2017 to 2019. As part of the network, eight state-based meetings were held.

The network meetings brought together industry engineers, researchers, and regulators to hear the latest on virtual and augmented reality, automation, rendering technology, and processing and supply chain sustainability.
