Deep learning vision for box label and red meat cut identification

The first off-the-shelf deep learning smart camera for beef and lamb meat packaging inspections.  

Using an off-the-shelf smart camera with deep learning has the potential to reduce the time currently taken to train standard labels, improve inspection accuracy and to recognise meat cuts to ensure they match the label description on the box or pack.
