Understanding an innovation culture and its effect in Australian red meat processing plants: An application of systems leadership - Stage 2

AMPC partnered with Response Research to engage red meat processing plants across Australia to train senior management and leadership team members in systems leadership.

A total of 189 managers were trained and 541 project ideas for plant leadership were conceived. Of these ideas, a number went on to become PIPs or internal plant projects.
