Training the next generation of meat inspection trainers

AMPC worked with MINTRAC to deliver a week-long residential program for 10-15 people seeking to become meat inspection trainers. 

The program consisted of 20 sessions to educate new trainers on current regulations, research, technology, and trends in meat inspection.
