Meat processing industry training package update Halal resources

This project funded the development of training resources to support red meat processors with halal certification requirements and halal compliance. AMPC worked with MINTRAC to produce training and assessment support materials for the below Units of Competency: 
  • AMPA3015 Perform animal slaughter in accordance with halal certification requirements
  • AMPX431 Oversee meat processing establishment’s halal compliance
