Processor supply chain diagnostics to improve efficiency and effectiveness of lamb and beef processing

This project proposes to apply a structured set of business improvement diagnostic tools, initially developed in the mining industry and since proven to be effective in numerous industries, including the meat processing industry. It is proposed that this toolset is applied to an Australian processor as a test case to demonstrate performance and capability.
