AMPC partnered with an Australian red meat processing plant to examine whether extracting bioactive components from raw materials will allow greater value adding to materials destined for rendering.  

This project determined that blood derived bioactives can present a significant value add opportunity for processors as there are numerous points in the production process to harness bioactives for sale.
