20 October 2022
Focus area: Safety & wellbeing
Program stream: People & culture
Project number: 2021-1201
AMPC worked with Corporate Wellbeing Hub to design an assessment tool to review the practices inside and outside of the Australian red meat processing industry. The data from this assessment tool will help guide further R&D to develop a fit-for-purpose model for wellbeing across the industry.

The data collected as part of this project’s research provides insights into the red meat processing workforce that have never been captured before. It gives clarity for what wellbeing resources should be created.
