Provision of research and adoption services to red meat processors FY20

AMPC worked with MINTRAC to provide training and advisory services to red meat processors using the Australian Meat Processing (AMP) training package. 

As part of the project, training priorities and emerging requirements were identified and MINTRAC hosted several network meetings to engage with industry.
