MINTRAC provision of extension services to red meat processors 2017-2019

AMPC partnered with MINTRAC to provide Australian red meat processors access to training advice and support from 2017 to 2019. 

As part of the project, MINTRAC regularly engaged with industry to address training and education matters. In addition, all newly completed research and development was incorporated into the nationally accredited training system.
