This project supported the delivery of the national meat inspection and quality assurance network from 2017 to 2019. As part of the network, 14 state-based meetings were held per year.
The network meetings brought together researchers, QA practitioners, trainers, and regulators together to hear the latest on food safety, meat quality, and food safety research.
