A systematic review will identify relevant evidence-based research, theory, and workplace best practices. The project will examine the current state of diversity, inclusion, psychosocial safety, and cultural safety, in the meat processing industry, through an audit of existing metrics, policies, practices, and strategies, and through the lived experiences of employees and leaders/managers. Areas for intervention will be developed, with a set of evidence-based recommendations.
