Educational pathways: creating a highly skilled meat industry - year 2

AMPC partnered with RMIT University to create an educational program to develop people with the skills and knowledge to contribute to the Australian red meat processing industry. 

As part of this project, RMIT recruited two PhD students and set up project topics that would benefit the red meat processing industry related to AMPC’s research goals. Two Honors level research students were also recruited. Four PhD students recruited during previous project iterations continued their work.
