The Diploma of Meat Processing was designed for emerging and existing leaders within the Meat Processing Industry. Participants were leaders that lead a team and want to upskill in areas of leadership, process improvement and food safety.
In 2019, six participants completed the diploma and as a result some were rewarded with extra responsibilities and new projects.
