Update of biogas and wastewater management operator guidelines and video-based training modules

Over the years AMPC has invested in the development of an extensive array of word-based extension and training resources for meat processing wastewater operators.

The rise of engaging digital multi-media however has meant that these static, word-based resources may be at risk of becoming outmoded. As widespread accessibility to practical and up to date extension resources is important to AMPC and its member companies, the objective of this project was to:
  • Update existing wastewater management and biogas extension manuals; and
  • Transform these static manuals into engaging digital formats that could be readily digested by a wide audience.
