This project sought to provide resources that current and future meat inspectors can use to refresh their training.
It also sought to provide support to those undertaking the meat inspection course to ensure we enhance a skilled meat inspection workforce to the highest standard. To create this, a best-in-class immersive online training program was developed and commercially available via the AMPC knowledge hub. This will be supported with the required training materials and assessment materials.
