Diploma of meat processing (technical program)

This project funded the delivery of the Diploma of Meat Processing (technical program) through TAFE Queensland to Australian meat processing employees nominated by their respective meat processing plants. 

The Diploma of Meat Processing was designed for emerging and existing leaders within the Meat Processing Industry. Participants were leaders that lead a team and want to upskill in areas of leadership, process improvement and food safety. 

In 2019, six participants completed the diploma and as a result some were rewarded with extra responsibilities and new projects.
