This project funded the design and development of a fully immersive virtual reality training module to teach red meat processing employees the basic skills required for beef scribing.
The project delivered a virtual reality beef rib scribing training module on a portable, low cost, virtual reality device incorporating the following elements:
- task briefing
- carcass marking
- scribing practice with saw
- scribing task (gamification)
