As par of this project, Intelligent Robotics examined a number of technology solutions that could assist with driving semi automation in the following areas:
1) Hindquater deboning
2) Meat inspection
3) Fat trimming
4) Sribe line marking
Intelligent Robotics sucessfully demonstrated these techonologies to the AMPC team and it was determined that the technology is currently sitting at a Technology Readiness Level of 3 or 4 to red meat processing plant rediness.
