This project supported the implementation of an Industry 4.0 vision and strategy at a Queensland-based red meat processing plant. It included: 

•    Modifications to existing industry systems to ensure compatibility and efficiency.
•    Training for all users, both internal and external, ensuring effective utilisation of the new and modified systems.
•    The project emphasized the need for a business case approach, robust IT methodologies, and investment in people and infrastructure.
•    The successful transformation resulted in significant improvements in service delivery, operational efficiency, and the ability to innovate and capitalize on new opportunities.
•    Utilisation of Industry 4.0 insights to evaluate and demonstrate the benefits and outcomes of innovative ideas, with the final report detailing the system's design, typical data generated, and the insights derived from this data.
