Beef and veal carton handling and storage best practice guide

AMPC worked with NIRAS to develop a best practice guide for beef and veal carton handling and storage. 

The best practice guide provides an overview of current solutions and the latest technology available in the world to assist small-to-medium-size facilities processing 70 to 920 carcasses per day to achieve best performance.

The guide also includes details of the gaps in the marketplace, where cost-effective solutions are currently not available or viable, to drive technology and innovation in these areas.
