Processor scholarship available for the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation
Want to grow your leadership skills and make a real difference in the red meat processing industry?
AMPC will be supporting one participant with a sponsorship worth 50 per cent of the course fee (valued at $30,000) for the Australian Rural Leadership Program (ARLP) - a 15-month leadership experience that equips individuals to make a meaningful impact beyond our workplace, across rural, regional, and remote Australia.
The ARLP goes beyond traditional classroom learning. It offers four face-to-face sessions (5–10 days each) in remote and international locations, alongside online sessions and independent project work. The program challenges participants to reflect deeply on their leadership style and grow through hands-on experiences, collaborating with a diverse group of peers.
Applications for ARLP Course 33 are now open, and we encourage red meat processing leaders to apply for the AMPC scholarship.
The program is about more than job titles or ticking boxes, it’s about who you are, how you show up, and the difference you want to make. We are looking for individuals who:
• Care deeply about red meat processing
• Are open to learning, stretching, and being challenged
• Are already contributing as leaders, formally or informally
• Want to make a long-term difference to rural, regional, or remote Australia
Applications close on 13 October 2025. You can find out more and apply here.
Please note: The remaining 50 per cent of the fee must be covered by the participants organisation.
