AMPC unveils 2026-2027 annual operating plan

AMPC has released its annual operating plan. The AMPC Annual Operating Plan provides a roadmap of the key initiatives and R&D and marketing investments we have planned for 2026-2027.

AMPC CEO Edwina Toohey said the plan was the second-year plan under AMPC’s five-year strategy.
“I look forward to working with the AMPC team, red meat processors and the wider red meat industry to deliver on it,” she said.
AMPC will invest in three strategic pillars to advance the red meat processing industry in Australia: industry excellence; innovation and technology leadership; and growth and global competitiveness as per our strategic plan.
