The Australian Meat Processor Corporation’s (AMPC) Innovation Showcase is set to return in 2025. The event follows on from the success of AMPC’s inaugural Innovation Showcase in 2022.
The showcase will be held in Brisbane in September 2025 and will bring together red meat processors and industry participants from across Australia to experience new innovative ideas and technologies from AMPC’s research and development providers and learn from world-class speakers working in the red meat industry globally.
The two-day event will be held on Wednesday 10 September and Thursday 11 September 2025 at the Brisbane Convention Centre and continues the 2022 theme of ‘The future of red meat processing’ which highlights the importance of adopting innovative solutions to build a stronger and more sustainable red meat processing industry.
AMPC Chief Executive Officer Chris Taylor said, “The 2025 AMPC Innovation Showcase will give red meat processors the opportunity to see, feel, and touch R&D solutions so that they can think about how to adopt these technologies within their own businesses.”
