AMPC invites red meat processors and industry participants from across Australia to attend the inaugural AMPC Innovation Showcase.
The three-day event will be held from Tuesday 11 October to Thursday 13 October at the Victorian Pavilion, Melbourne Showgrounds and will explore the theme - “The future of red meat processing”. The theme highlights the importance of adopting innovative solutions to build a stronger and more sustainable red meat processing industry.
The Showcase will bring together red meat processors and industry participants from across Australia to experience new innovative ideas and technologies from AMPC’s research and development providers and hear and learn from world-class speakers, listen in to panel sessions, and participate in various workshops.
We have an exciting line up of keynote and external speakers and will be releasing details of these in the coming weeks. Panel sessions will also include technical experts, processors, and AMPC research managers.
The Showcase consists of three key elements:
1. an exciting demonstration area showcasing innovative technology for red meat processors
2. plenary sessions on stage where you will hear from keynote speakers and industry experts
3. workshops in break-out rooms

We encourage AMPC members, red meat processors, supply chain participants, red meat industry representatives, research and development providers, university researchers, employees from research and development corporations, and government representatives to attend.

We will be releasing accommodation options shortly and encourage participants to stay at these locations to ensure networking opportunities are maximised.
Registration includes access to all conference plenary and demonstration sessions. It also includes attendance to workshops and the networking event on Tuesday night and BBQ dinner on Wednesday evening.
AMPC members are eligible for discounted registration. You will be required to share your company details in the registration form.
Early bird discount applies for registrations received by Friday 29 July 2022. After this date the full registration fee will apply.
