Year 7/8

This unit aims to help students discover sustainable resource management practices used by the Australian red meat processing industry for the use and management of water and energy, and the sustainable management of waste. Students learn about the systems and technologies used by meat processors with a specific emphasis on how they use best practice environmental management in the processing plants.
